Laminam North America Introduces Four New Dazzling Surface Colors Inspired by Coveted Natural Marbles
The New Colors exude luxury with an element of practicality making them suitable for a variety of interior and exterior design projects
TORONTO, ON. – Laminam, a global leader in producing superior natural surfaces for interior and exterior design applications, has officially introduced four new exquisite colors to the existing I Naturali Collection in the North American market. The colors are inspired by highly sought-after natural marble stones found in Italy, Spain, and Brazil.
“We’ve been listening to North American architects and designers and are answering the call for beautiful natural surfaces that offer high performance with maximum functionality,” said Philip Eeles, President of Laminam North America. “Created industrially and in an extremely realistic way, our Italian surfaces are non-absorbent, stain-resistant, and sustainable, containing anywhere between 20 and 60 percent pre-consumer recycled material. Unlimited design possibilities are met with various formats and thicknesses for an array of applications, including countertops, flooring, stairs, wall cladding, exterior facades, furniture, wet areas, fireplace cladding, and more.”
Here are the details on the four new colors:
Part of Laminam’s I Naturali Series, Calacatta Mediceo
Bookmatch stands out for its rich wide gray veining, enhanced by deep orange-brown oxidations on a classic crisp-white background. Inspired by the classic Calacatta Macchia Vecchia from the Carrara region in Italy, its unique color variation makes it a statement piece in any design project.
I Naturali’s new Arabescato Gold replicates the elegance of a highly prized variety of Carrara marble. Its prominent dark grey veining stands out on a distinctive crystalline white background, forming a multitude of circular patterns. The result is a new standard of beauty and distinction that offers a modern twist to a classic colour. Its versatility makes it the ideal solution for cladding, flooring, and kitchen countertops.
I Naturali’s new colour edition Nero Marquina Extra is a luxurious surface that draws inspiration from highly coveted natural marble extracted from the quarries located in northern Spain, in the town of Marquina for which it is named. This dramatic color features a deep black texture crossed by ultra-fine white veining. The brilliance and structural depth of the black colour contrasts perfectly with the white. Suitable uses include wall cladding and furniture applications.
Patagonian marble, natively mined in Brazil, is one of the most picturesque materials found in nature thanks to its particular graphic pattern. Laminam’s new I Naturali Fusion White is a reinterpretation of this natural stone favoring warmer shades, in line with current trends in architecture and interior design. Set on a beige background crossed by veins ranging from gray to brown, the pattern of Fusion White is evenly distributed on a bespoke surface, giving it a consistent and strong visual impact.
Homeowners now can feature these beautiful, inspired-by-nature surfaces in their homes with minimum maintenance. Perfect for fireplace cladding, countertops, outdoor kitchens, and furniture, Laminam surfaces can be used for both interior and exterior applications with high resistance to heat, UV rays, scratches, and stains.
The four new colors are available across North America. For more information about Laminam, please visit www.laminam.com.
