St. Louis, MO – Marcone announced today that it has been recognized by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for its dedication and achievements under the WaterSense program, a green initiative backed by the company in its role as one of North America’s largest distributors of appliance, HVAC, plumbing, commercial kitchen, and pool/spa equipment, products repair parts and solutions.

Lavatory faucets sold by Speakman in 2023 saved over 32.7 million gallons of water per 1,000 minutes of use, while each Speakman showerhead sold in 2023 saved approximately 316 million gallons of water. Those results reflect Marcone’s dual commitment to design that maintains the feeling of quality water flow and keeping usage low.
